Sáng Story

My name is Tram Phan and my story with Sáng begins in Bến Tre, Vietnam. I was born and raised there until the age of eight before my family and I immigrated to the United States. My connection to my first home never faded and, impassioned by the beauty and richness of my culture, I decided to capture the essence of my upbringing to share a piece of my home with the world.

Sáng blends are carefully crafted, made with natural and toxin free ingredients, and pull inspiration from all things Vietnamese. From cooking spices to healing herbs, the fragrances were designed to bring a piece of Vietnam into any space.

As consumers, we often forget how wasteful packaging can be. Sáng Candle Co. is mindful of this and has reduced the amount of labeling on our packaging and encourages our customers to reuse and upcycle as much of our product as possible. Our packaging comes in plain boxes and tissue paper, so you can reuse.

First off, the sleek black design is super minimalistic and matches so well with the aesthetic of my apartment (matching my interior plays a big role when purchasing candles). Second, the scent is incredibly enticing!
